Retreat Fee

The Early Bird retreat fee is CZK 13,900 / €575.

This amount consists of two separate components:

  • tuition fee – covering the program and professional facilitation of the retreat

  • accommodation and meals – provided by an external accommodation facility

After the Early Bird period, the regular retreat fee is CZK 14,500 / €600.

Invoicing and Documentation

The organizer issues a tax invoice only for the part of the payment corresponding to the tuition fee.

Accommodation and meals are provided by an external accommodation facility and are therefore not invoiced by the retreat organizer.

If you require a separate invoice or payment confirmation for accommodation and meals, this must be requested in advance directly from the provider of these services. Retroactive issuance of such a document may not be possible unless arranged with the provider beforehand.

  • 29–15 days before the retreat: cancellation fee of CZK 3,000 / €125

  • 14 days or fewer before the retreat: cancellation fee equals the full deposit, i.e. CZK 6,000 / €250

If you are unable to attend and wish to avoid the cancellation fee, you may send a replacement participant in your place, after agreement with the organizer.

Once the retreat has begun, or after it has ended, no refund of any kind is possible.

If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, your deposit will be refunded in full.
